Routing conductors in a transformer.

Transformer has high side coils in the front and low side coils in the back. Conductors for the back side enter in the front. Can I cross over the core with low side conductors to get to the back of the transformer?

It's a prototype solar battery charging system that has ended up with alot of changes, thus the Conductors entering the wrong side of the enclosure
