Has anyone heard of this? The Renovation, Repair and Painting rule from the EPA? http://www.hud.gov/offices/lead/training/rrp/rrp.cfm I was just talking to an EC buddy of mine from CT and he told me that in his CE class he took the instructor told them that this was coming fast and that if you got caught disturbing more than 6 sq ft of sheetrock in a home or child care facility and you weren't certified in this it could result in a $32K fine.
I have not heard anything about this around here from anyone. I was wondering if anyone else knew about this.
