Running 277V. with 120V in the same conduit. OK?

run them in seperate conduit. its the same as a divider situation. sorry its late and the exact article fails to come to mind

Is running them in separate conduits new? I thought it was ok as long as the conductors are not mixed with each color and as long as you run grey for 277 neutrals.

700.10(b) requires the circuits to be separate but 700.10(b) 1-5 will allow otherwise. Please read and see if they apply to your installation.
