Running Cat 5E for internet and phone in old house

I can see you folks do this for a living, sorry for the silly question.
I have 3 places where my new Cat5E is closer than 6" to 110, 220 and a main ground to my service panel as well. Unless I correct, the cat runs across but 2'' away. If this is not right, can I shield the cat with something or put in sections of conduit over one of them. All the old walls are still open, I can still pop the high voltage or cat out. I just can't re-route it much.
