Running LV lighting wire through dry crawl space

Greetings. LV lighting question for you. LV transformer is mounted on home's exterior. I need to run a wire from the transformer through the dry crawl space and exit through the wall to access an otherwise inaccessible flower bed.

What wire must I use to traverse the crawl space? What conduit is required in traversing the home's exterior wall? Should the connection between the crawl space wire and the direct burial 12/2 be contained in any way?

Many thanks.

While you may be a certified LV lighting technician, it does not appear you are familiar with the NEC rules on LV lighting. As we don’t know what else you are not asking, find an electrician to assist you.
