Running of multiple power and lighting circuits in cable trunk

Is it acceptable by NEC to run multiple small power or lighting wire (COPPER PVC- THHN ) circuits inside a metal trunk for a hospital.
Normal, emergency, critical will be running in separate trunk.
Please advice.

Think panduit wiring duct thats hinged, or the fronts removable, generally in something like relay cabinets where the wire pops out the sides..

At the med facility where I did work, the IT guys called it "trunking" whereas the electricians called the same enclosure "raceway". In regard to the OP, 517.31 does not allow wiring from essential systesm to share the same raceway or trunk with other wiring.
