I had a question about Ground/Neutral bars. There usually is the problem of not enough room on the bar for all of the grounds and neutrals, so I'll end up with two wire's terminated under the same screw. Is this ok?

It is a violation, unless the manufacturer has posted information, inside of the panel, that it is ok to do so. If they have posted such, then it will usually be that you can double up on the equipment grounding conductors only, never the grounded (neutral) conductors.

Most manufacturers have grounding kits to add additional terminations, for use with equipment grounding conductors only.

See in the 2002 NEC:
408.21 Grounded Conductor Terminations.
Each grounded conductor shall terminate within the panelboard in an individual terminal that is not also used for another conductor.

This is new only to the NEC. Its been a UL requirement but few knew of it.
