Is there any regulation that prohibits the use of protective earthing conductor (circuit protective conductor c.p.c) in parallel?

I mean such as what we normally use when we are parelling the phase conductor in order to increase the current carrying capacity.

Thank ypu for yout time

The profile's zip code is in New York.

If you are refering to the Equipment Grounding Conductor, as discussed in 250.122, its required minimum size is given in a Table. There are no allowances for achieving an equivalent cross-sectional area by placing two or more smaller conductors in parallel.
