I installed a double meter socket in an rv park where the tennents pay for their own power. The socket was pole mounted and the owner wanted the rv service boxes mounted 40 ft away on a pedestal fed from underground feeder. He had talked to the ahj and at the time the ahj wasnt sure if he needed to install disconnects on the pole with the meter sockets. The ahj was suppose to call him back but didnt. The morning of the job I couldnt get thru to the ahj before his leave out time for the day. I installed a 100 a outside panel below each side of the meter and fed the lines going out from a 60 amp breaker. I bonded the neutral and ground in each box. I used 4 wire to fed each pedestall and left the neutral isolated in the rv boxes. The boxes contain a 50a breaker for the 50 a recept. and a 20 a for a 120 gfci rec. Does any one see a prob with the way I installed the service disconnects. I cant imagine why ahj would not want the disc. What if camper backed into feeder going down pole on unprotected circuit. Sorry this so long was a lot to explain.I cant call for inspection till mon.
