Rv park calculations

Trying to figure out a load calculation on a small rv park with 8 50 amp connects,and a 200 amp office/laundry and shower, 9600×8= 76800×.(.55)demand factor 42240 ÷240= 176 amps for the rv park plus a 200 amp main for the office, laundry and showers. I'd like to install a 400 amp main with 2 200 amp sub panels and branch each circuit off 1 200 amp panel , and install the other 200 amp main in the office. Any help would be greatly appreciated I am young struggling contractor. Thankyou in advance

If your under 2017 code the 9600va no longer applies, it has been changed to 12,000va for your site with 50 amp receptacle. BUMMER!
