RV pedestal feeder

What is the maximum voltage drop to a RV pedestal? \
Is it 3% based on its a feeder or is it 5% over all based on the last outlet is on the pedestal?

By which code(s)? The max is probably whatever any local energy codes says it should be. What's prudent is another question, 5% is a nice target.
