We have a variance in enforcement in our areas as to the requirement for a 120v 15 or 20 amp receptacle on a RV site (individual, not a "park"
555.81 does not appear to require the 120 v 15/20 amp if a 30 amp or 50 amp is present.
Does your jurisdiction require the 15-20 amp receptacle ??

I am not sure if it's code but I have always seen them with a 15a next to the 30a/50a. Not sure why it would be required but it's nice if you can only get an rv/trailer spot as a tent camper.

I see 551.71(A) as requiring a 20 amp, 125 volt receptacle at each site no matter what other receptacles are provided.

I see 551.71(A) as requiring a 20 amp, 125 volt receptacle at each site no matter what other receptacles are provided.
another point of view:
551.71(A) is a subsection of Part VI "RV Parks" and 551,2 defines an RV Park as ."......two or more RVs......." so an individual site for one RV would not be covered by 551.71.
