RV repair facility

A fellow sparky texted and ask, is an RV repair facility fall under 511.
I first thought um then I states I would think so. They have Lp, gasolines and diesel.
He said it's for RV,s not cars and trucks. I said look at it this way they can drive it in and repair it.
If it's a pull in with LP I believe it would also apply.
Does my way of thinking hold water?
I also mentioned talk with AHJ on classification.

I'd say yes, see 511.3 and 511.3(B).

Its very clear from the scope of Art 511 that an RV repair facility is covered.
"repair operations in connection with self propelled vehicles, including, but not limited to"
