NEC 2005 551.77 (A) Back in sites, does each site require it own pedestal, what if the design shows a pedestal in between two sites, each pedestal is a 50/30. If it is between I read it as a violation.

It sounds to me like you would need one per site. If you shared one it would be on the wrong side for one of the sites. I am just guessing here. Someone smarter than me will probably chime in soon.

Very unlikely to design it so both would have it on left side.Perhaps if they back in from differant roads so both are still on left.Best to plan on each one having its own.
