This time of year, not so much. Two months from now, big bucks. :)

What about airboats in the glades, or fishing charters? OOps!! Those aren't electrical in nature.

Are we talking Power Rates from the POCO, or Labor rates, or Bid assembly rates?

Labor rates, Bid assembly rates
service call rates, I called 3 electrical contractors in my area to install 3 fans , they all said , $65 an hour , it takes 1 about hour per fan plus material but it's not much (I said there is no box , no controller ,no wiring).

They gave you hourly rates, and said ABOUT hour per fan, that about is not a firm price, that job will most likely cost a lot more, when it is invoiced, get 3 written contract prices, and my bet is they will all be much higher, also look at the national service companies, most of them had increased sales throught this down market, and many raised their pricing, and had better profits, but they also have national ad's and well established customer bases, local economic conditions will be harder for the small business guy, so he has to work harder at getting his share of the market, in these times.

Are you down on vacation and need bus fare back, what's your deal? Be a little more specific.
