I am writing an SA on airplane hangers. I know the outlet has to be up high on the wall. But I have to put on my paper the article in the code book were it says that but I can't find it. So I was hoping I could get a little help.

yep, and I found a couple of articleson hangers and hazardous locations but nothing that says the hight off the floor.

Look at the height off the floor to which various hazardous locations extend and combine that with the restrictions on what can be located within those hazardous areas. You might find that helpful.
