I was always taught it took 2 journeyman to work live on 480 v panels when the covers are off according to osha and nfpa70E. Im trying to find it but i cant. anyone have a link? Anyone else hear of this??
Sounds like something from a collective bargaining agreement and not a code standard. For what it's worth OSHA standards have just about eliminated any work while the panels are energized.
