BICSI has many publications with respect to most cabling types. For those of us that primarilly perform power wiring and deal with the NEC, they would be the organization which represents
that aspect of our industry. They reference ANSI, EIA, & TIA standards as well as the aspects of the NEC that apply.
BICSI's Telecommunications Cabling Installation Manual (TCIM) very probably would contain the information you seek. You might drop their
general e-mail contact the question for a more definitive answer.
