Because the 199B "only" shows averaged values just like the 43B that this thread is about. You'd think that Fluke's top of the line Scopemeter could do things that their lesser models can't but it's the other way around! If I could, I'd like to take the cash invested in my 123/199B, get a 125 and keep the change.
