Can I put 1000 volt dc strings, and AC 208 volt thhn in same gutter. I’m thinking no because thhn is only rated for 600 volts. I’m hoping I can cause it would make the install a lot Easier thanks

You can do it if you use 1000V wire for both circuits, and you are able to put a partition in to separate them. I'm thinking there's probably a better way though.

"And", or "or"? I would think either would suffice.

I think 'and.'

300 says you can have circuits of different voltages in the same raceway as long as all the conductors are rated for the highest voltage. 690 says if you have PV circuits in the same place as other circuits you need to have a partition.
