Has anyone heard of a company called Power Save? Among other devices, they claim people are saving up to 20% on their residential power bill by power factor correction.

If you do a search of threads on this site for "Power Save", you will see that the math doesn't add up for most residential applications.ohm said:That's kind of what I thought. But, they were on CBS and have a ton of testimonials.

j/k
This thing flares up every couple of months ~ like the snake oil salesman traveling town to town with a horse and carriage
No harm done.
I fell for the power save device. I hooked it up to my electrical panel and hoped that I would see the savings along with protecting my electrical equipment. After two months, I did not see any savings and returned the device back for a refund. I ended up being out the return shipping costs and the time I wasted putting this thing in.
Oh well, it was a nice thought..
Don't waste your money..
