Have exterior scaffolding going up the outside of a building on each level(10 floors).

Anyone ever put temp light on these. Assume you can use Romex as it's basically outdoors. Also, assume need weather proof lights.? Thanks

Sounds like a wet location so you'll need a wiring method and fixtures listed for wet locations.
