please explain in architectural drawing for 1:50 and how to use in electrical plan

1:50 is normally a civil scale. 1 inch on the drawing = 50 ft on the ground. Get a civil engineering rule and use the 1:50 scale

Are you sure this is not a metric scale? If it is a metric scale the U.S. equivalent would be approximately 1/4"=1'-0" which is 1:48.
