Interesting situation.

I was going through the control panels I recently designed to figure out what the SCCR was.

I generally cheat on the load side of the control transformer since it is near impossible to get into trouble with a smallish xfmr that has current limiting fuses in the primary. But, I took a look anyway.

I used the lighting kit spec'd by someone else, sort of assuming (I know - never assume) that the person who selected had checked on it. When I asked about it I pretty much got stares and evil looks.

So I went out in the shop and opened one up and looked at the unit and the instruction sheet. Nothing. Did not even say what the UL file number is on the device or in the instruction sheet.

So I sent Cooper an email and asked them. I got a response back on the UL number (which appears to be OK), but nothing on the SCCR. So I sent them another message asking again about the SCCR. No response yet.

With all due respect why would you need to know that for a lighting "kit"? It is a load at the end of a circuit.
Why would it be required to know what the SCCR (Short circuit current rating) is? Cooper may be a bit confused or amuzed by your inquiry and may be scratching their head as to how to respond. Does a motor, furnace, electric water heater, garage door opener, dishwasher have SCCRs?

I assume that the light will be part of an industrial control panel that is required to have a SCCR and you need to know the ratings of all of the components that are used in the control panel.

Not Required

When evaluating a panel for its SCCR, you must look at the power circuit components (508A SB4.1.1) not control circuit components. SB4.2 lists power circuit components. 27.3.2 exception shows that maintenance lighting circuits are not to be included in power circuits but are part of the control circuit. Control circuits are not evaluated for SCCR.

I reread the section and came to that conclusion sort of on my own. No where does it say anything about control circuits in the supplement.
