How do SCCR ratings apply to the use of 3 phase supplied DC power supplies. For example, instead of using a control transformer to step down 480vac to 120vac in order to power a 24VDC supply, Phoenix has a 24DC supply that can be powered directly from 480VAC 3 phase. Is the power supply treated as a control transformer or a power conversion device?
