Is schedual 20 (real thin) PVC only listed for concrete encasement? For the life of me I can not recall the trade name for it. Any feedback is appreciated?

It would have to be encased in concrete. Granulated fill would not suffice

As far as I know you can not use schedule 20 PVC for any NEC application.
Utilities can and do use it.
Actually, you can. If the installed conductors (cable, rather) is rated for direct burial, it doesn't matter that it happens to be pulled in P&C duct.As far as I know you can not use schedule 20 PVC for any NEC application.
