Please see highlighted schematic symbols in the picture . What are these? Terminal junctions on a terminal strip? It's a German schematic on a food processor machine

Since they are numbered, my guess is terminal strip.

Mayhaps they're circuit breakers.

I believe they are symbols for a connector, perhaps a single connector that contains all of the numbered contacts shown.
For example, see:

A shield is shown around the wires coming in, and so they are likely within a single cable.

Looks like it might be a parallel port Connector and plug.

it would help to se more of the schematic. How many numbered connections are there?

The upper numbered connections, prefixed X3 are almost certainly a simple terminal strip. The highlighted components, prefixed XBB, are more likely connector pins. Possibly coaxial?

That’s an IEC symbol for a pull apart terminal. Whether or not they are physically joined or not is generally irrelevant to the schematic representation, but they usually are when shown all in a row like that, especially with a common shield over them.
