Please see highlighted schematic symbols in the picture . What are these? Terminal junctions on a terminal strip? It's a German schematic on a food processor machine IMG_20221122_165342923~3.jpg

I believe they are symbols for a connector, perhaps a single connector that contains all of the numbered contacts shown.
For example, see:

A shield is shown around the wires coming in, and so they are likely within a single cable.
One possibility is something like this for the socket side of the connection:

That’s an IEC symbol for a pull apart terminal. Whether or not they are physically joined or not is generally irrelevant to the schematic representation, but they usually are when shown all in a row like that, especially with a common shield over them.
