Are you saying you are running se cable underground? or do you mean USE
I was assuming it is an overhead drop and they are using SE from the weather-head down to the meter and on into the panel.
no it is not underground service. The service is cable and meter are out side about 4-5 from curb line. Then from socket it goes inside to the panel. I seen some with conduit and some with out. Subject to physical damage is the gray area to me.
