SE cables used as feeder has EGC is going to come out of panelboard interior of building in raceway and come out of building exterior walls back into tenant electric rooms.

Understand NEC 2014 Section 338.10(B)(4)(b) exterior points to part I Section 225 and 334.30 but I was not sure about the following:

Does the exterior part of SE cable with EGC that is going to go on on exterior walls side need raceway or it can be without raceway supported per 334.30 ok?

Does anyone know if SE cable with EGC used as feeder routed exterior on building exterior walls require to to be in raceway or not?

Generally that is fine, it's what SE cable is for. However there are some people that, pretty much whenever something is exposed, consider it subject to physical damage. You may want to read this thread:

Be cautious of local requirements. TN requires SE to be in a raceway if run on the exterior surface of metal or masonry.

OP on that link refers to section 230 service entrance cable. However SE in my case is used as feeder so what section is it for feeder subject to physical damage but for SE cable?
