Been noticing this a lot on new residential construction work.
PVC out of meter socket down to an LB and through the bond plate into the basement.
SE cable sheath is stripped to accommodate install through the LB and up to the socket but remains for the distance traveling to the panel
There is protection for the cable outside yet less labor and material to get into the panel.
Is this compliant?
