Need to run power to my property in costa rica. Poco will connect at the main road. Building a small cabin(50amps) and a small woodshop (50amps). Heres where it gets confusing. Cabin and shop are on different lots that are both accessed through an easement. Would like to run 500' down the easement to a junction that would feed the cabin 300' to the west and also feed the small shop 500' to the south. In the event I sell one property the new owner could place a new meter at the top and run their line down the easement. Underground is what I'm going for. Direct burial line does not seem to exist in the country. Also copper is out of the question as a guard would have to be hired to keep it from being stolen :weeping:. Any suggestions?

1000' of 750MCM AL at 100 amps continuous will have less than 3% voltage drop -- 5.6 volts of a 240v -- are you required to follow the NEC?
