seal off question in class 1 division 2 area

customer has a 1 in rigid pipe running to a motor that runs a pump on a propane tank.i know i need a seal off at the motor end but do i need one at the end where the panel is.the panel is 100 foot from the motor.

A seal is required at the boundary of the hazardous location. That might not be at the panel or if that is the next place the conduit rises, than it might be a the panel.

The short answer is it kind of depends on how your plan to run the conduit and the location of the disconnect for the pump.
