Seal-offs for Lights in Class 1 Div 2

I am installing Lithonia LED lights in a outside Class 1 Div 2 location to replace existing light fixtures. The new fixtures are hermitically sealed per the manufacturer. 2014 NEC 501.15(B)(1) references to use 501.15(A)(1)(1) and (A)(3) to determine seal-off requirements for entering enclosures. In 501.15(A)(1) exception a and c allow for seal-offs not to be installed due to their construction. However, when I look at exhibit 501.8 I don't see a seal-off used for connecting the conduit to the light fixture. So if using a light fixture qualified for installation to a Class 1 Div 2 location is a seal-off required, and if so then I should reference the exceptions for not installing the component?

Section 501.15(B)(1) only applies to enclosures that are required to be explosionproof. Is the luminaire required to be explosionproof? See Section 501.130(B)(1).

NOTE:There is no Exhibit 501.8 in the NEC. You are probably referring to the NEC Handbook.

Yes the luminaire is required to be explosion proof. You are correct I was referring to the NEC Handbook. So do the luminaires require a seal off? Based on 501.130 there is no mention of seal-offs.

I doubt that it's actually required to be explosionproof. But if you think it is required to be, then is it explosionproof?
