I am installing a 400 amp service and the GC has asked that I seal around 2 of the disconnects. Brick home and the 320/400 meter and the ATS is deeper than the disconnects on each side, so I had to use half strut to line everything up. Do y’all normally seal around something like that? 3/4” gap. If so, what would you use?

I wouldn't normally seal around something unless it's recessed. But for a large gap, you'll need to stuff it with foam backer rod first. Otherwise no sealant will fill it up.

Use rod that's slightly larger than the gap, so it compresses a bit and stays in place. 1 inch should do it. Just push it in far enough to give About 1/4-inch depth, and use something like silicone.

Or you could use use a mortar patching caulk

FWIW, my buddy in the masonry business always uses NP-1 outdoors. He says it holds up the best, especially for larger gaps like this.
