we are constantly battling keeping water out of exterior devices with rmc and lfmc connections. we install conduit drains and try to have out conduits lower than device it is terminating at. however if the mechanically installed device has its conduit entry point at the top we still run the risk of water following the threads.

Q; although not "listed" has anyone used the teflon tape that is infused with copper and checked to see if electrical continuity was accomplished?

Have successfully used zinc loaded paint (e.g Galvacon) to both seal thread from leakage and to provide best shielding on RMC everywhere from Wahiawa to Canaveral. Never any failures. Prior technique was full circumferential WELD at every joint, not very cost effective that.
