I need to know if I can run about 40' of sealtite in a church with open joists?This will all be exposed.I know that you cant run pvc in this situation since it is not behind a firewall.

Article 581.4 (Places of Assembly, Wiring Methods): Fixed wiring shall be metal raceways, flexible metal raceways. Per article 100, raceways include liquidtight flexible metal conduit and flexible metal conduit.
