Sealtite (LFMC) Bonding Question

If installing LFMC between a metal enclosure and a PVC conduit body. Is the LFMC properly bonded by being connected at one end? A separate EGC is run inside the sealtite. I say yes, but I could not find clear evidence either way.

350.60 sends you to 250.118(6) if the requirements can be met,then it's

good as EGC.
