Second egress door from electrical room

Is there a minimum width for access to a secondary egress door from an electrical room? There are two switchboard near the door, and the space between the two corners is less than 3' (but more than 30").

The egress from the working space is required to be at least 24" wide and 6-1/2' high at each end of the working space.

The egress from the working space is required to be at least 24" wide and 6-1/2' high at each end of the working space.

To add to this, and this is only required as the 2nd egress from working space for Large Equipment as defined by the NEC. 2nd Egress doors are not generally required.
