Secondary Disconnect?

Hey everybody! I am currently tasked with wiring a Flight Simulator. And the power requirements that were sent were 400 to 500 amps. Well the panel in the sim is a 225 amp 3 phase 208/120. There is approximately 150 ft of 4/0 cable to be attached to the secondary of a transformer. My boss is hell bent on installing a 150kva 480 to 208 transformer. My question is.. shouldn’t I have a fusible disconnect on the secondary side?

Don't forget 240.21(C).

450.3 is really about optional upsizing of the primary protection rather than requiring a secondary device.
