Secondary feeders on roof top

I am feeding a 600 amp panel board from main switch.My feeds are 350 MCM feeders running parallel across a rooftop approximately 100 feet.
Do I need to take any special calculations into consideration?

Not really sure.Just remember something about rooftop feeds being in the Sun.
