Section 430.63

Section 430.63 tells you how to size the OCPD for a feeder protecting a lighting, appliance, and motor load.

It tells you to follow certain sections, depending if you have:
1) a single motor (refers you to section 430.52)
2) a single motor compressor, sending you to article 440 (section 440.22)
3) two or more motors (section 430.62)

How come it doesn't state for two or more motor compressors?

Because 430.62 already has the necessary language to deal with motors or motor compressors, so 430.63(3) covers two or more motors, whether or not those motors are motor compressors?
