PLEASE, I NEED AN INTERPRETATION OF NEC SECTION 800.52(A)(2) INCLUDING BOTH EXCEPTIONS NO.1 AND NO.2.

would like to help but I don't see 800.52 Do you mean 800.54 and the exceptions? If so I would interpet that as putting that type of cable in RMC or using an approved firestop method to fireproof the shaft in which the cables are installed.

800.52 tells the installer to keep communication wires and cables separate from the list of (other) 'conductors' by at least 2 inches. The 2 exceptions give some relief from this 2 inch restriction if you follow the methods described in the exceptions, which could be a raceway, barrier, or one of the chapter 3 wiring methods listed in exception #1.
