Are walk in coolers required to be listed by some document or standard? This is the electrical forum, so..... are you saying you think that NEC has something to say about this?

No. A walk in cooler is just something that gets built.

It should be listed NSF as meeting the standards of the National Sanitary Foundation but that's nothing to do with the NEC.
