Good morning,
I have fished some NM cable through an inaccessible attic space (space between porch ceiling and porch roof). The run is about 10', and the cable is simply lying on top of the 2x4 joists supporting the porch roof. I can only reach in about a foot or so at one end of the cable run, no way can I actually get inside and properly staple the cable to anything. Any idea what the Seattle electrical inspector is going to say about this, assuming he climbs up and takes a look?
