In my personal vehicle, I carry a pair of dikes, 2 screwdrivers and a razor knife. I feel secure knowin I have these tools with me, anyone else do that? I've been in my wifes car and we've bought somethin, went to open it, and I feel the need to grab my dikes or knife, or if I go away for the weekend, I gotta have these tools with me. All of them are old ones that I just keep in there, but now I want another set for my wifes car... one for my junk drawer in the kitchen...

I feel more secure if I have my .45 or my .380 with me.

funny story.... bought my son a race car from walmart, and didn't have anything to open it with. (they had these little a** screws in the bottom) along w/ everything else holding this little car in place. But, I did have my saw-zall, so I cut it open w/ my saw-zall, and the vibration rattled the mirrors off and broke the seats out. none the less, I took it back as defective and got another one... which i got a little screw driver to open with

10mm Glock if you can afford the ammo and need the extra punch. .40 SW if you want cheaper ammo and lower recoil for more rounds on target : )

maybe thats what i need.. the leatherman
While the Leatherman is certainly a good idea. I think the other "tools" mentioned would offer more towards the security end of things.

BTW, i don't mean 'personal' security. I meant, I feel in-secure if I don't have a pair of dike, screwdrivers, knife. sorry, if i mislead... now we know that we all drive around w/ loaded guns hah
