Good Morning Gents

Getting my butt kicked with the seismic requirements on a healthcare project. I have combed through the OSM details but I am unable to find an answer to a few basic questions. If anyone could help with these I would greatly appreciate it. Project is in Los Angeles at UCLA. I believe CEC is AHJ.

What is the minimum trade size in which seismic is not required?

What is the minimum distance from the deck for a trapeze and single conduit in which seismic is not required.

What is the minimum lbs per foot in which seismic is not required?

Do these seismic system require design by an engineer? Whenever we've installed them we've had a detailed drawing from an engineer.
