SEL-751 keeps tripping CB

No one can figure out what is happening with this. We have three SEL-751 protective relays that have tripped simultaneously 4 different occasions for no apparent reason. They control CB's on a 69kV system. Could it be a matter of simply adjusting the settings?

I certainly tend to look for installation error first, but my work history does not include anything close to 69kV.
 
Are these relays new and tripping during commissioning or after being placed in service or are they existing relays that have been in service for a while and are now just beginning to trip?

These are new relays - everything is new. They’ve tripped without apparent reason. I believe it’s the settings…I suspect the settings are a bit too low
