A customer bought a self contained hot tub. She wants to put it on her deck in a gazebo type enclosure(existing). The enclosure is roughly 20x20 with 4-4' high walls, lattice work on top of the walls up to the roof line. It has a full hip roof complete with shingles. Would this be considered "outdoors" and fall under provisions of part 1 and 2 of 680?
