separate Bldg supply

Hi,
I have a new commercial lot with three separate buildings in the lot ; new 800A , 4-meter / gang service,

Bldg-A that is one tenant, or one meter, (note that, the 800A service is located inside this bldg-A)
Bldg-B also is one tenant, or one meter
Bldg-C has two tenants, requiring two meters

Question is,
how can I feed the Bldg-C that has two meters, two feeders
since 225-30 does not allow multi-feeders.........
????????

Run 1 feeder large enough for both with a dual meter/main on the building

Presumably if bldg C has two tenants it may have a firewall between them making it two separate bldgs in the eye of the bldg dept.
